Facts About Mrs. Mulholland

* She is a Poultney High School graduate--Class of 2003!

* While at PHS, she was an active member of Band (percussion), Chorus (alto), S.M.I.L.E., National Honor Society, and Drama.

* She has lived in the town of Poultney since she was nine years old.

* While she was in high school and college, she had numerous poems and short stories published.

* She has been to China twice--the first time was for a class and the second was a grant-funded research trip. Her group studied ancestor worship (specifically differences in urban vs. rural practices). They presented their findings at an Asian Studies conference.

* She graduated from Green Mountain College with honors in 2007.

*She is married to fellow PHS IA Greg Mulholland, and they have a 2 year-old daughter named Colea Jade, who thinks she is the boss of the family!

*In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing (she's had a book in her head for ages that she doesn't have the patience to write!), listening to music (metal and hard rock), various outdoor activities (especially swimming and hiking), and gaming.

* Mrs. Mulholland hopes to further her education and obtain a teaching licensure for Secondary Education in Social Studies as soon as possible. It is her ultimate goal to someday receive her doctorate in Anthropology.
